What Is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive way to help your brain learn to regulate itself. By measuring your brain’s activity in real time, we can train it to work more efficiently- supporting focus, calm, sleep and overall brain health. Sessions are comfortable, personalized to your brain map, and guide your brain towards healthier patterns, whether you come in person or train from home.
Most clients complete 40-80 sessions, with progress monitored and adjustments made along the way. Neurofeedback helps your brain practice self-regulation- kind of like a workout for your mind. Over time, your brain learns to stay more balanced, and resilient.
In-Office Training
In our office, you’ll train your brain in a relaxed and supportive setting. Sensors are placed on your scalp using a gentle-water based gel where they measure brain activity and provide gentle feedback that guides your brain towards healthier patterns.
During your session, subtle visual and audio cues respond to your brain’s activity, helping it self-regulate naturally. We monitor your progress in real time, and adjust sessions to how your brain is training.
Remote Training
You can also train your brain from home with our remote program. Using the same personalized approach, your brain receives gentle, real-time feedback through visuals and auditory cues.
Remote sessions allow you to fit the training into your schedule while still benefiting from professional guidance and a customized program designed to train your brain. Progress is tracked just like in-office sessions, with weekly check in’s and training is adjusted on how your brain is regulating.
Your Personalized Training Plan
Every brain is unique, so your neurofeedback program is built around your individual brain map. Using the results, I design sessions that focus on the areas that will benefit you most. Helping your brain work more efficiently, stay balanced, and support your personal goal. Programs are adjusted over time based on your progress, so your training is tailored to you.
